The technology company 'Tools for Humanity (TFH)', which develops tools for the World Network, officially announced on the 4th the Android support for the pilot service of 'WorldID Credentials', which adds a new passport-based credential feature to WorldID.

WorldID Credentials is a service that adds passport-based authentication to WorldID, a privacy-protecting digital identity verification system. The iOS version was launched last November in Korea, Malaysia, Colombia, and Chile, and now the service range has been expanded to Android.

In particular, the World Foundation plans to provide WLD tokens to individuals with valid WorldID passport credentials. Currently, users who have verified WorldID on Orb can receive a total of 42.505654 tokens. Furthermore, individuals who have added verified passport credentials can receive an additional 21.238487 tokens, regardless of whether they have completed WorldID verification on Orb.

TFH stated, "With this expansion of Android support, WorldID Credentials is expected to significantly enhance global accessibility to the World Network with stronger security and anonymity protection features, and further expand the usability of WorldID."
