On the 5th (local time), according to the crypto-specialized media CryptoPotato, the American nonprofit organization EMPOWR (Empower Oversight Whistleblowers & Research), which monitors illegal activities of governments and corporations, has filed a lawsuit against the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the withholding of a crypto asset-related report.
