According to the '2024 Woori Financial Trend Report: Life of Generation X' released by Woori Financial Group on the 16th, the generation with the highest proportion of cryptocurrency investment is the Millennials. Millennials ranked first with 16.5% of them investing in cryptocurrencies. They were followed by Generation Z (13.9%) and Generation X (13.2%), while only 6.3% of Baby Boomers were found to be investing in cryptocurrencies.
However, in terms of asset size, Baby Boomers had the highest. The household assets of Baby Boomers amounted to 790 million KRW, followed by Generation X (680 million KRW), Millennials (450 million KRW), and Generation Z (130 million KRW).
