"Kwon Do-hyung to be Extradited to the U.S."

It has been decided that Kwon Do-hyung will be extradited to the United States.

According to the Montenegrin daily Vijesti on the 26th (local time), Kwon Do-hyung, the founder of Terraform Labs, is set to be extradited to the U.S. The media reported, "Bojan Božović, Montenegro's Minister of Justice, signed the extradition order for Kwon Do-hyung," adding, "The Ministry of Justice agreed to the U.S. extradition request after evaluating various criteria such as the seriousness of the crime, the order of requests, and the nationality of the requester."

Previously, the Constitutional Court of Montenegro had dismissed Kwon Do-hyung's constitutional appeal.
