Binance CEO: "Bitcoin Will Reach New All-Time High"

The CEO of the global cryptocurrency exchange Binance has predicted that Bitcoin will reach a new all-time high.

Richard Teng, CEO of Binance, stated in an interview with CNBC on the 20th (local time) that "Bitcoin will reach a new all-time high this year," and "more clear pro-cryptocurrency regulations are expected to emerge under the Trump administration."

CEO Teng mentioned, "Currently, the U.S. Congress is also showing a pro-cryptocurrency stance," and "positive legislation in various areas such as token issuance, trading, and asset management is expected to pass in the cryptocurrency market." He also added that there is a high possibility that pro-cryptocurrency figures will be appointed to key positions in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

He emphasized, "Recently, I have heard positive views on cryptocurrencies from politicians and business leaders," and "I hope that through the Trump administration, cryptocurrencies will be more widely recognized, and Trump's pledge of strategic Bitcoin reserves will be realized."
