Bitsol, a domestic virtual asset (cryptocurrency) exchange, announced on the 29th that it has significantly improved its account opening and linking services and is offering various benefits.
Since August this year, Bitsol has supported non-face-to-face account opening through the Bitsol app, and with this improvement, the account opening process has been significantly reduced to within 3 minutes. Additionally, to help users understand, a tutorial video covering the process has also been released.
Support funds are provided for account linking customers. From November 28th, customers who link their first account to Bitsol will be offered a 'linking support fund' of 30,000 won. The linking support fund can be applied for in the Bitsol notice, and can be received when opening and linking an account conveniently through the NH Nonghyup Bank app.
A 24-hour consultation channel has also been established to resolve any inconveniences that may arise during the account opening and linking process. Customers can consult through the Bitsol customer center (1661-5566) or through KakaoTalk Bitsol Plus Friend Chat. Additionally, for customers who experience inconvenience during account opening and linking, a 'inconvenience compensation fund' of 10,000 won is also provided. The inconvenience compensation fund is given to customers who participate in the survey.
The provided linking support fund and inconvenience compensation fund can be withdrawn when trading virtual assets on Bitsol, and will be invalidated on January 31, 2025, if not used by the expiration date.
A Bitsol official stated, "We have innovatively improved the non-face-to-face account opening and linking process through the Bitsol app, greatly enhancing user accessibility and convenience," adding, "We plan to continue providing customer-centric services that minimize inconvenience and lower trading barriers for users."
